The Assistant Operations Manager supports the day-to-day operations of theproperty, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction and smooth operationalflow.
This role supports the Operations Manager and works with the wider team.
Responsibilities
Guest Services: Manage guest inquiries, requests, and concernsprofessionally via phone and email
Concierge Services and guest support throughout the stay
Problem Resolution: Handle guest issues efficiently and with discretion
Support the Operations Manager in daily operational tasks
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and external partners to ensureoperational standards are met
Monitor operational processes related to check-ins, stays, and check-outs
