About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Operations Manager to support the oversight of multiple store/account locations in the Central East Visayas region. In this role, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to drive operational excellence, strengthen team performance, and ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer experiences across assigned locations.
