Key Responsibilities:

Support the Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of all branches
Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth service and compliance with company standards
Monitor staff performance, scheduling, and training needs
Assist in implementing SOPs and operational improvements
Track inventory, ordering, and supply chain efficiency
Handle reports, documentation, and follow-ups with various departments
