Location: University Pad Residences Taft / UPad Hotel - 912 P. Ocampo St, Malate, Manila
Schedule: Mon-Sat, 8AM-5PM
Reports To: General Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversees daily residence operations to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient functioning
• Supervises and coordinates operations teams across front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and security
• Collaborates with management and department heads to support occupancy, revenue, and service goals
• Monitors facilities, maintenance, and contractors to maximize room availability and minimize downtime
• Ensures compliance with safety, security standards, and house rules; acts as emergency point person
• Manages guest and tenant relations to maintain high satisfaction and retention
• Oversees inventory, supplies, equipment, and company assets
