Assistant Operations Manager (Toronto)

Overview

Envy Consulting Group is recruiting an Assistant Operations Manager for a growing food distribution and logistics organization located near the airport (Etobicoke, ON, On-Site).

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse, inventory, logistics, procurement, and sales operations
• Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and replenishment planning
• Assist with logistics scheduling and distribution coordination
• Support customer orders, operational follow-ups, and internal communication
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost control
• Assist with SOP implementation and operational compliance
• Oversee warehouse, facility, and company vehicle maintenance
• Lead monthly JHSC meetings and maintain health & safety documentation
