Assistant Operations Plant Manager

Our company is the sister firm of IZHAR construction company Pvt Ltd. Accurate Pvt, Ltd (Digital Meters Manufacturing firm) is seeking a full-time on-site Assistant Operations Plant Manager to join our team at Sundar Estates (Accurate Factory) have experience to work with Digital Meters Manufacturing Companies.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Meet production targets.
Ensure production with quality.
Co-work and train workers.
Handle housekeeping/cleaning of the shop.
Recruit new workers.
Maintain minimum stock levels.
Coordinate with procurement staff.
Maintain machinery, equipment, and tools used in production.
Coordinate with MI staff for routine inspection / cot inspection.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth production.
Maintain a healthy environment.
Ensure worker performance of duties with quality.
Improve productivity.
Qualification: BSc Electrical Engineering
Total Experience: 10 to 12 Years
