+ Collision Experience Preferred

+ Supervise Collision Parts Staff

+ Work with Lead Parts Manager of Franchises

+ Read and Interpret Estimates

+ Understand Mirror Matching and Core Process

+ PA Estimator's License a Plus - We Pay For License

+ Strong Computer Skills - Web based programs, Fast typing

+ Strong Math Skills

+ Professional Personality

+ Valid PA Driver's License

+ Excellent Communication, Organizational & interpersonal Skills
