Responsibilities Assist and support the Person in Charge (PIC) in the management of the nursing homes operations, organisation, and staff. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in a professional, respectful, and supportive environment. Act as the lead in the absence of the PIC, fulfilling responsibilities in line with the Health Act 2007 and HIQA National Quality Standards.
