Assistant Plant Manager

Purpose
Assists the plant manager in implementing programs that affect the overall direction and control of the ADM ANIMAL NUTRITION facility in Bulacan Plant. Together with the Plant Manager, ensures that the plant operate at expected performance levels in terms of safety, quality, cost, efficiency and productivity aligned with the overall business objectives, KPI and Corp standards.
In the absence of the Plant Manager, the Assistant plant manager acts as his proxy in dealing with all external and local community contacts associated with operation of the Bulacan Plant facility, this    
includes Legal Contacts, Leaser, Customs and EHS Authorities. 
Your Responsibilities
