• Direct and oversee daily plant operations to achieve production targets, reporting to the Plant Manager.
• Implement policies and procedures that drive efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Track and analyze KPIs to identify and resolve performance gaps.

• Lead, mentor, and develop plant staff to build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
