Position Overview
Boyne City Elementary is seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and organized Assistant Principal to join our leadership team. This role is designed for a leader who excels in building relationships and thrives on creating structured, supportive environments where every student can succeed.
The primary focus of this position is to serve as a bridge between the administration, staff, parents, and students, while leading the development and implementation of positive behavior systems and intervention plans. The assistant principal will be an essential resource in connecting families in Boyne City to community resources.
