The Role
The Assistant Campus Principal supports the Campus Principal to achieve strong outcomes for students, staff, and the wider school community. The role includes coordinating senior year pathways, academic performance processes, homeroom and year group performance, and line management of staff. It combines 0.75 FTE teaching with 0.25 FTE leadership. Success in this role requires fostering a positive campus culture, promoting academic excellence, and leading by example.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives aligned with OneSchool Global values and strategic goals
- Coordinate NCEA programs, including guidance, proctoring, and support accommodations
