We are seeking a highlymotivated, dynamic, engaging individual with expertise in supporting studentsand staff through effective pastoral care, which focuses on high standards andquality relationships. They will also take a lead role in improving studentattendance to support positive student outcomes.

The successful applicant willhave a background in middle or senior leadership, strong relationship skills,enjoy being part of a team, and will be required to make a commitment to thewider life of our school and community.
