Assistant Process Engineer

Work location: North - Woodlands / East - Tampines, may require to support client occasionally
Working Hours: Monday – Friday @ 9am – 6pm

Our client is a leading global company in semiconductor and FPD production equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Process checks of machines.
• Day-to-day line support execution for data collection, wafers' preparation and measurements.
• Recipe creation, troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Monitor and maintenance of process' stability.
• Reporting and highlighting of any escalation of tools' issues to the process team and work closely with them to resolve tools' performance issues.
• Liaising with customers and internal team on daily updates on the process' status.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent.
• A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player.
