Job Description

What you’ll do
  • Assist the Senior Product Development Manager in supporting product development and design team, including the overall product development process from initial concept through to sample creation in accordance with our strategic planning timelines
  • Establish a design and development strategy for the product category
  • Innovate, inspire and grow the product category according to business targets
  • Maximize work efficiencies
  • Work closely with the Senior Product Development Manager and Merchandising to drive department turnover through design and development strategy, bringing in seasonal updates, new themes and new products
  • Research new trends, innovations and product ideas
  • Manage design and development timelines and workflow to ensure critical deadlines are maintained and adhered to
