Assistant Production Engineer

Job Description

We’re hiring an Assistant Production Engineer for our welding electrode plant to support production planning, supervise machine operations, coordinate maintenance, and keep daily production running smoothly. 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day production on the welding electrode line.
• Monitor production targets and uphold quality standards.
• Oversee upkeep of production equipment and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure continuous, reliable operations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Update mechanical system drawings and equipment layouts.
• Contribute to process improvements, equipment modifications, and cost-reduction initiatives.
