Assistant Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Production Manager to join our dynamic manufacturing team at Master Tec Wire & Cable Sdn Bhd in Alor Gajah, Melaka. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting the Production Manager in overseeing all aspects of our production operations to ensure efficient and high-quality output.

What you'll be doing

• Assist the Production Manager in coordinating and monitoring daily production activities
• Assist Production Manager in oversee the work of production team members, providing guidance, training and performance feedback
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
