Position Title: Assistant Production Manager – Facade
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Production Manager – Facade to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of facade production activities. You will lead a team of Production Engineers, who in turn supervise the shop floor workforce including supervisors, fabricators, operators, and helpers. Your focus will be on achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, ensuring timely delivery, and continuously improving shop floor productivity.
If you have sound technical knowledge of facade systems and experience leading production teams through structured reporting lines, this role is for you.
