Co-managing the Printing Department in focusing on management, cooperation, and improvement to meet quality requirements and OTTR deliveries, agreed with efficiencies and waste level.
Supporting and driving Operational Excellence and Lean Management with a focus on optimizing process flow and reduction of non-value-added waste following the core principles of respecting every individual, leading with humility, seeking perfection, assure quality at the source, focusing on process, thinking systemically, creating constancy of purpose, and create value for the internal and external customer.
Managing in training the staff to achieve high efficiency, low waste rate, good quality, and punctual product delivery, and good general discipline.
