Assistant Production Manager

Lead the process and Equipment team and will be responsible for technical assistance for SMT and backend process & technical assessment & process optimization to process engineering team in supporting line activities.

Responsibilities

• Have leadership as a department head and report to superiors and management side as necessary
• Collaborate, work close and negotiate with other departments
• Coordinates with the Project Manager for all plant and equipment requirements.
• Lead teams in establishing standards based on best practices and continuous improvement projects.
• Manage, mentor and train site technical resources in various processes.
• Support asset and resource management intra-site and supervising Process and Equipment team
• Support and guide team members in the development of documentation required to support the production process. Process flows, PFMEA, IQ, OQ and PQ).
