Assistant Production Manager

* Oversee all aspects of production operations, material storage including team management, training, equipment maintenance and process improvement.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (planning, QA, technical etc) to meet production goals and business KPIs.

*Resolve quality issues promptly and implement corrective/preventive actions to reduce complaints.

*Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards (ISO, MDA etc) Maintain thorough documentation and quality adherence.

*Monitor raw materials, logistics and new product introductions are effectively managed.

* Participate in new product manufacturing preparations.
