A global leader in sustainable packaging is seeking an Assistant Production Manager in Shah Alam. The role involves driving performance improvements and maximizing production efficiencies while managing teams and compliance with quality standards. Candidates should hold a relevant engineering degree with 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in packaging. Strong leadership qualities and proficiency in production management software (SAP preferred) are essential. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.
