Assistant Production Manager

The role is focus on line readiness, equipment & fixture validation, material flow alignment & strict adherence to standard work across Front end and Backend operations. It will also drive across functional coordination between Production, PIE, Quality, Supply Chain & Engineering to enable fast issue resolution, minimize yield loss & prevent cost leakage. With high customer visibility & tight timelines, this ownership is critical to achieve a stable, predictable & scalable ramp while protecting quality, delivery & customer confidences.

Job Requirement

Strong operations background with proven experience in manufacturing start up & ramping environment. Ability to lead cross functional teams, drive process discipline & enforce standard work across Front end & Backend operations.
