Behavior Analysis Faculty Position

Florida Institute of Technology’s School of Behavior Analysis (SoBA) is seeking applicants for a teaching-track position at the assistant professor level, with a specialty in any area of behavior analysis to start as soon as possible, but no later than Fall 2026.
Requirements for all SoBA faculty positions: A Ph.D. in behavior analysis or a doctorate in psychology or education with an emphasis in behavior analysis, evidence of research productivity, and teaching experience. BCBA or BCBA-D certification is required.
The required area of behavior analytic expertise is open, but the preferred candidate will have completed formal coursework in the experimental analysis of behavior, applied behavior analysis (clinical applications, educational applications, organizational behavior management [OBM]), and conceptual analysis/philosophical underpinnings of behavior analysis.
