Assistant Professor - Academic Clinician- Cutaneous Oncologist (Dermatology)

The Department of Dermatology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of non-invasive diagnosis and surveillance of pigmented lesions is required. Applicants must have an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. or equivalent degree. Applicant must be board certified or board eligible in the field of Dermatology with focus on cutaneous oncology and skin cancers at increased risk for recurrence or metastasis. Skin cancer expertise, proven by publications, invited lectures, or clinical experience, is strongly preferred. Demonstrated leadership experience or potential is preferred.

Teaching responsibilities may include didactics to our world-class residents, fellows, medical students and trainees rotating from other institutions in dermatology and other specialties concerning skin cancer, Mohs micrographic surgery and dermatologic...
