The Faculty of Educational Sciences invites applications for a professorial position focused on transformations in adult education. The incumbent will develop and lead research, teaching, and public engagement that contributes to the discipline and its societal impact.

Responsibilities

The applicant is expected to:

• Conduct research in adult education, demonstrating expertise in at least two of the following areas: new forms of professional development, adult education policies and practices in national and global contexts, and workplace learning and transformations in working life.
• Build and lead active interaction with cooperative networks, including decision‑makers in the private, public, and third sectors, and advance the societal impact of research.
• Teach and supervise at the Bachelor, Master and Doctoral levels in the areas mentioned above.
