About the Role

The Department of General Management and Human Resources at Mount Royal University (Calgary) invites applications for a three-year, limited-term faculty position in the area of general management at the rank of Assistant Professor beginning August 15, 2026. The successful candidate will teach courses that align with their expertise or background, including General Management core classes: Management Principles and Practices, Business Communication, Organizational Behaviour, and Strategic Management. The successful candidate may also have the opportunity to teach a departmental elective course or develop and deliver a special topic course in General Management in the future.
