Job Description

As an Assistant Programme Manager , you’ll be the friendly face that makes the mornings and afternoons unforgettable for children. You’ll work a minimum of 10 hours per week, rostered Monday to Friday.

• Afternoon/After School shifts run between 2.30 pm–6.00 pm. Availability from 2.30 pm is essential, though finish times may vary.
• Occasionally, Morning/Before school shifts run between 7 am – 8.30 am.
• Potential school holiday programme hours available (between 7 am – 6 pm).

Here’s What You’ll Be Up To

• Support the Programme Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the sKids programme, helping ensure smooth, well‑structured operations.
• Step up as 2IC – confidently lead sessions and take charge when the Programme Manager is away.
