Assistant Project Engineer

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities on-site, ensuring they meet project standards and specifications
• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and sequencing of finishing tasks.
• Inspect and ensure the quality of finishing work such as granite, and pvc door, ceiling installation, toilet partition, and EIFS.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all finishing activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and execution of finishing works.
• Monitor the progress of finishing activities, addressing any issues or delays, and providing regular updates to the project manager.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues related to finishes, ensuring corrective actions are taken when necessary.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports on finishing works.
