Assistant Project Manager - Aircon Industry

Job Description: Establish project team, project name, number and document files Work with main building contractors master schedule programmed Check and review system design and specification for best compliance and performance Appoint sub-contractors for different trades and establish their scope of work and liabilities Manage and set up the allocated site office and storage Submit shop drawings, equipment delivery schedule, materials samples to main contractor for approval by the respective consultants Plan and monitor equipment delivery to job-site Participate in job-site meetings, eg. Technical and nominated sub-contract (NSC) co-ordination meetings Ensure job-site safety standards are in compliance with the relevant regulatory authorities, eg.
