Working Days: 5.5days Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, Sat 8am-1pm

Job Scope:

An Assistant Project Manager collaborates with the Quantity Surveyor, Site Engineers and Supervisors in planning, budgeting, allocating resources, and providing timely completion of the project. They also ensure that the project is completed within the set budget and is within the scope to the expected high quality and results.

Accountable for the overall implementation and completion of projects within projected time, cost and quality

Lead and collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to determine the specifications of the project, planning and execution of day-to-day operations on site

Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
