Assistant Project Manager: Drive Schedules & Quality

We are looking for a Project Manager/ Assistant Project Manager who is proactive with a deep understanding of construction, project management and methodologies for landed housing and commercial/ industrial buildings.

The Project Manager/ Assistant Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the project is completed timely, good quality, cost efficient and effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

- Develop Construction Schedule (Microsoft Project).

- Lead the team and subcontractors to execute works and drive project progress.

- Manage materials submissions and trade procurement to ensure adherence to project timelines.

- Liaise with procurement team to ensure timely procurement of materials and subcontractor.

- Quality control & Site Safety

- Manage project budgets and exercise cost control measures.
