The Assistant Project manager has to supervise and organize project activities for project development goals concerning quality, budget, and program. He has to work in tandem with the project managers and coordinate with other AECOM team members, consultants, agencies and clients to keep an eye on the development of the projects as well as manage communication, evaluate design works and maintain reliability of design and corresponding to the need of client and AECOM quality standards.
