Assistant Project Manager (E&M)

Job Summary

Our client is a Property developer with large existing portfolios in Hong Kong. We are representing them to look for Assistant Project Manager to join their well establish team in Hong Kong. 

Responsibilities

Strategic & master layout planning, overall project management

Manage internal & external stakeholder to ensure smooth project execution

Review Tender Document and Statutory Submission

Station in Hong Kong

Requirements:

Degree holder in Building Services, Architeture, construction or related projects

Exeperience in resdential new build experience. 

3 years’ experience in Hong Kong Projects, previous exposure to A&A and new development projects is preferred

Familiar with property projects from the conceptual stage to completion stage

Candidates from Developer/Contractor/Consultancy are welcome
