Assistant Project Manager

Job Description

To manage Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) projects, overseeing the entire Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC) lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities

• Full EPCC Management: Take ownership of all phases—Engineering (design review, technical specifications), Procurement (securing HDD rigs, pipes, materials), Construction (drilling execution, civil works), and Commissioning (testing and handover).
• HDD Expertise & Oversight: Lead and supervise HDD projects, ensuring the methodology, safety, and quality of drilling operations (bore path, mud management, equipment usage) adhere to industry best practices.
• Budget & Schedule Control: Develop, track, and control the project budget and timeline, ensuring the high costs associated with HDD are managed efficiently to prevent overruns and delays.
