Job Description

                    Job Responsibilities Monitor the project’s progress and deliver project to expected safety and quality objectives. 
Monitor and control project’s cost by taking proactive measures to prevent costs overruns. 
Develop and maintain Standard Work Procedures for all critical and major work activities. 
Monitor and plan ahead in relation to the procurement of the company’s assets/equipment/resources. 
Mentor project team by providing proper guidance and training. 
Other duties which may be required by the management 
Job Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent. Diploma holders with relevant experience will also be considered. 
A minimum of 8 years' experience. 
Proven track record in HDB projects. 
Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit. 
Familiar with BCA Quality Marks Assessment standards.
