Assistant Project Manager

Habib Bank AG Zurich is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Project Coordinator to support PMO governance, reporting, and coordination activities for the GEN II migration program . The role ensures alignment with PMO standards and Agile/Scrum practices while supporting senior project managers and stakeholders across the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Support PMO governance, coordination, and reporting for the GEN II migration program
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards, Agile, and Scrum practices
• Manage and maintain project documentation , including stage‑gate and governance artifacts
• Support sprint reporting , backlog tracking, and release governance
