Assistant Project Manager - Medical Device (Cluster Office)

Position Overview Oversee the procurement, compliance review, deployment and operationalization of Medical Device and Operational Technology Systems (MDOTS) and IT Systems for entity. Role & Responsibilities Lead project planning, acquire required manpower, and manage allocation and utilisation to meet project objectives. Drive procurement and secure project scope and funding approvals from the relevant authorities. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, external partners and vendors to deliver the project on scope, on time and within budget. Oversee requirements definition and deliverable acceptance; implement and enforce change control procedures. Assess scope-change requests, document impacts on budget, resources and schedule, and obtain required approvals.
