Assistant Project Manager MEP

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Project Manager MEP to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in luxury villas and high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate must possess a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and a strong background in managing MEP works within premium residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of MEP works (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) as per design, schedule, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with design consultants, architects, civil teams, and contractors to ensure smooth integration of MEP systems with other services.
• Review and validate MEP drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and shop drawings.
