Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities
Monitors the preparation, implementation and completion of various work stages related to the construction of the assigned projects.
Responsible for ensuring that review and revisions of Plans, Designs and Specifications were conducted by the Design Review group from Design Development (DD) up to For Construction Drawings (FCD).
Oversee, facilitate and participate in the conduct and discussion of value engineering and identification of cost saving items for the implementation of the projects.
Identify and secure applicable permits, clearances and certifications required during project construction & post-construction stages. Ensure that all projects permit, clearances and certifications are valid and necessary.
Facilitate the conduction of pre-bid meetings and technical clarificatory meetings.
