Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Assistant Project Manager (APM)
to support the execution of AI and automation projects across multiple clients and internal teams.
The role requires coordination between developers, automation engineers, voice AI teams, QA, and client stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with technical requirements.
This is a
junior-to-mid level execution role
with exposure to AI systems, agent development, and workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
Assist in planning and tracking AI/automation projects.
- Maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure task allocation and follow-up with technical teams.
