Job Description

  • Lead the project team with project director and project manager for the implementation and execution of works as according to planned schedule.
  • Coordination and monitoring of progress amongst various subcontracting work.
  • Lead site engineers and foremans to complete structural and external works promptly.
  • Lead coordination of deliverables with other disciplines.
  • Plan, prepare and arrange for inspections with RE & RTO.
  • Raises notices and prepares EOT with Project Director & Project Manager.
  • Raises notices on VO.
  • Liaise closely with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors through regular meetings to resolve administrative, design and contractual issues and updating of project progress report.
