 Reporting to the Sr. Property Manager, the Assistant Property Manager's primary role is to oversee a residential property portfolio, ensuring efficient and effective management while upholding the highest standards of customer service for both residents and property owners. This entails adherence to safety protocols, the delivery of top-notch customer service, and the optimization of operational efficiency. 
  Requirements 
 3+ years of experience in residential property management, ideally with portfolio sizes of 500+ units
 Post-secondary education and/or industry designation
