Position Overview

The Millenia Companies seeking an Assistant Property Manager who has knowledge of residential housing and housing programs. The Assistant Property Manager reports to the Community Manager and shares responsibility for the overall operation and the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a well-managed and maintained Community. The Assistant Property Manager should maintain property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating, and enforcing leases, maintaining and securing premises, and knowing Fair Housing Laws and all other laws about housing.
