Job Description

                    Our Property Management client based out of Kelowna are looking to hire an Assistant Property Manager to join their team and support the Residential Property Manager with their rental portfolio. 
Compensation $60,000 - $75,000 per annum. 
Benefits & Perks Annual performance based bonus 
2 weeks vacation plus 12 personal days

Responsibilities Support the Property Manager with daily property operations, administration, and reporting. 
Maintain accurate resident records, leases, and documentation in compliance with company standards. 
Assist with rent collection, arrears follow-up, and lease renewals. 
Act as a primary point of contact for resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
