Job Description
SUMMARY OF DUTIES
Manages the receipt, storage, and distribution of medical supplies from the central store to hospital departments. Ensures stock accuracy, proper labeling, FIFO/FEFO practices, and compliance with hospital safety and inventory management standards.
MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
1.To receive all purchased items
2.To replenish stocks daily
3.To tag and store all items purchase
4.To issue and supply items purchased
5.To file store documents in a systematic manner
6.To be responsible for the security of all stocks kept in the store
7.To perform the stock, take exercise as required
8.To carry out other relevant duties as an employee as stipulated in Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and Regulations:
-To take reasonable care at work for the safety of yourself and other people.
-To co-operate with your employer or any other person in the discharge of any duty.
