Job Summary

The Assistant Purchasing Supervisor supports the Purchasing Supervisor in managing the procurement of food, beverages, supplies, and equipment for restaurant operations. Key Responsibilities:

Purchasing & Procurement Support

•Assist in sourcing, ordering, and monitoring food, beverage, and non-food supplies for restaurant operations

•Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with approved budgets and purchasing policies

•Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and correct order quantities

Supplier & Cost Management

•Help evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability
