Assistant QA Executive

Responsibilities

• On Hold & Non‑Conforming Product: Ensure related parties are notified and highlight management for necessary actions.
• Corrective Action Request (e‑CAR): Obtain action from affected party and ensure effectiveness of rectification recorded in the system.
• Calibration Register & Schedule of test & measuring Equipment: Prepare and organize calibration & verification.
• Coordinate Marketing Sample request: Arrange subordinate for requested sample.
• QA report for 3 Weeks QA Check, Slow Moving / Aging Stocks: Complete, verify & provide required feedback to related department.
• IPQC Activities: Prepare monthly duty schedule & verify IPQC Checklist and Activities.
• Technical & customer related report (Product Data Sheet, Certificate of Conformance / Analysis, Mill Certificate, Bomba Certificate): Submit within 3 working days to interested parties.
