Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We’re excited to be offering a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic Refresh division, specialising in Refurbishment and Building Improvement projects.

Unlike many entry-level roles, this position gives you the chance to gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle. You’ll support the commercial management of projects from early-stage cost estimation through to final account and completion.

Our diverse project portfolio includes everything from building envelope works and internal fire compartmentation to full room upgrades and amenity space refurbishments—providing excellent exposure and development opportunities.

This is a great role for someone looking to build a strong foundation in quantity surveying within a supportive, fast-paced environment.
