I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist contractor operating within the cladding and façade sector, who are looking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team based in Sandwell.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Assistant QS to gain hands-on experience working on technically challenging external envelope projects and develop their career within a growing and supportive business.

The Role

You’ll be supporting the commercial delivery of cladding and façade packages from pre-construction through to final account, including:

Assisting with cost control and commercial reporting

Preparing valuations and applications for payment

*

Supporting subcontractor procurement and account management

*

Measuring works and assisting with variations
